The proposed project consists of nineteen (19) townhouse units located between NE 28 Street and NE 26 Street east of NE 9 Avenue. The proposed project is known as “Wilton Yards Townhomes”. This project will be scheduled for a Planning and Zoning Board meeting once outstanding parking requirements are addressed.
