Island City University

Island City University (ICU) provides a strong base for civic-minded residents, potential volunteers and residents interested in public service.  During this seven-week program, students learn all about the operations of the Island City.

The 2023 Island City University class graudated during the August 22, 2023, City Commission Meeting. Please stay tuned for the 2024 Island City University application period.
