Partners in Preservation Grant Program
- This was a 5 year capital improvement program completed by Broward county to fund the ecological restoration of publicly-owned natural lands within Broward
- This was done through removing non-native vegetation and replanting native plants

Community Development Block Grant Program
- This is a program that enables us to Install new LED energy efficient lighting in Hagen Park this spring
- These will be placed in the new pickleball courts, all of the tennis courts, and the volleyball court.
Broward County Pace Program
- This is a financing option or loan, not a grant or rebate, that can be used to reduce on-site electricity usage, produce on-site renewable energy, and assist in hurricane protection.
- Some projects include: Rooftop solar panels, solar water heaters, energy efficient AC units, cool roofs, impact windows, and insulation

Solar United
Solar United is a non-profit solar organization in Broward county that is servicing the county and Wilton Manors through a co-op. Through this co-op, residents can receive competitive pricing on solar panels and receive support if they're considering making the change to solar power. Solar Investment Tax Credit
- This is a nationally available incentive towards using solar power in your home. With this incentive, individuals installing solar systems on residential property receive a 30% tax credit.

Property Tax Exemption
