The City of Wilton Manors Police Department Youth Services is primarily handled by Officer Frantz Petitpapa. Youth Services covers a wide range of activities, from teaching prevention programs such as Drug Abuse Resistance Education (
D.A.R.E.), and Gang Resistance Education and Training (
G.R.E.A.T.), in our local schools and community, to apprehending Truants in our neighborhoods. The Police Department annually conducts a Bicycle Safety Rodeo in conjunction with our city's summer recreation program to promote bicycle safety and to distribute free bicycle helmets to everyone in need of one.
