As of October 1, 2025, all zoning inspections will be conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays only.

About the Department


Community Development Services is comprised of four (4) major divisions. Each division helps to ensure the sustainability and quality of life for the residents and businesses in Wilton Manors. The four (4) divisions that comprise the department are Business/Development, Construction Services, Fire, and Neighborhood Planning. The Greater Fort Lauderdale Alliance has designated the City of Wilton Manors a Platinum City due to our streamlined permitting ordinance and online permit tracking system. The department is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to help ensure our community has the greatest quality of life.
