Strategic Plan

The City of Wilton Manors business and policy operations are based on the city's Strategic Plan.  The  strategic plan includes goals and objectives, and is created with input from all city stakeholders, including residents, businesses, members of the City Commission and city staff.  The 2021 Strategic Plan is complete, and has been approved by the City Commission.   Staff will now begin to work on the implementation of strategies related to our goals and objectives. This work plan provides the commission and city staff with a clear roadmap on how to accomplish the goals set forth in the plan, and is a living document which incorporates the interests and opinions of everyone in our city who wants to participate in the process.
