Mayoral Letter and Proclamation Request

  2. Please fill out the form below to request a letter or proclamation from the Mayor's Office. Please provide as much detail as possible and submit your request at least fifteen (15) days in advance.
  3. You will receive a confirmation email from the City Clerk's Office regarding your request within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive confirmation, please re-submit or contact the City Clerk's Office.
