The Perfect Historic Wedding Venue in South Florida

In addition to the scenic views of this 5.4 acre Certified Wildlife Habitat park, Richardson Historic Park & Nature Preserve offers an outdoor courtyard space, a white gazebo, a dressing suite and a nature trail. The outdoor courtyards are equipped with power for your all your event needs.  

Couples who host their wedding at Richardson Historic Park & Nature Preserve have the option to use the Manor House or the Carriage House – or both, after all it is your special day!

Community Center Fees

$400 separate security deposit for the community center due at the time of paying for the permit. $75 separate security deposit for the pavilion due at the time of paying for the permit. Four hour minimum for rental of the community center.

Holds: 75 people inside the house, use of courtyards allows for higher attendance
 
Features: The Manor House has a kitchen area with refrigerator, ice machine, microwave and warming oven. A variety of tables and chairs are available. Use of surrounding courtyards, gazebo and the parking lot is reserved for your guests.
