Michael “Mike” Bracchi, Esq

Michael “Mike” Bracchi was elected to the Wilton Manors City Commission in November 2020 with overwhelming support from residents throughout the city. He was re-elected in 2024 to another four-year term, running unopposed.
Mike is a licensed attorney, licensed pharmacist, and former healthcare executive who has worked for large healthcare systems and hospitals. Serving in multiple roles across different industries over the course of his career, Mike has refined his skills in operational excellence, strategic planning, standardization, contracting, and negotiations.
His career path initially began as an attorney practicing in the area of intellectual property, business law, and contract law. He went on to expand his legal career, becoming a trained mediator concentrating on contracting and negotiations, and serving as an Arbitrator with the New York City Court, Small Claims Division. He is also served as an Arbitrator with FINRA, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, which handles arbitration cases on behalf of investors against financial brokerage firms.
In 2007, Mike transitioned into hospital management utilizing his training as a clinical pharmacist. He became a pharmacy leader with New York-Presbyterian Hospital and then served as Director of Pharmacy for Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, a part of the Memorial Health System. Mike went on to serve as the enterprise Vice-President of Pharmacy Services for Cancer Treatment Centers of America. He was the corporation’s key resource in assisting to reduce costs, enhance revenues, and utilizing data to support strategic business decisions.
Currently Mike is a Partner and founding member of the Florida Probate Law Firm, PLLC, which provides formal probate administration, ancillary probate administration, and professional executor services in all 67 counties across the state of Florida.
Mike holds the following degrees: a Juris Doctor (J.D.), a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.), an M.S. in Business Management and Leadership, and a B.S. in Pharmacy.
He has been a resident of Wilton Manors since 2012 and loves the Island City. Mike shares his life with his loving husband Tommy and their two yorkies, Archie and Cody.
