I have no water service - help!
(1) Did You Remember To Pay Your Utility Bill On Time? A due date and termination date are listed on your monthly utility bill. If payment is not received by 6:00 p.m. on the termination date, your water service will be disconnected on the next working day. The charge to disconnect your service for non-payment is $35.00. There is no additional charge to reconnect your service during normal business hours after payment has been made.

If you are not sure whether you paid your utility bill in a timely manner, you can call us during regular business hours at (954) 390-2100, or view your account online (www.wiltonmanors.com > Online Bill Pay > View or Pay a Utility Bill). After 6:00 p.m. or on holidays, you may call the Wilton Manors Police Department at (954) 390-2150 to verify whether your water service has been disconnected for nonpayment. The Police Department will dispatch utility personnel to reconnect your water service after full payment has been made. The Police Department dispatch desk is open until 10:00 p.m Monday through Friday, and from 10:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. on Saturday.

(2) Check Your Water Shut-Off Valve. About eighty (80) percent of the homes in Wilton Manors have a main water shut-off valve located under the hose bib on the outside of the residence. Lawn service workers may occasionally turn off this valve by accident. You should check to make sure the shut-off value has not been turned to the off position.

(3) There May Be A City Water Break. Occasionally, the City must disconnect water service if there is a break in one of the service lines. This process may take up to several hours to complete. To find out if the City has dispatched workers for repairs, you may call us at (954) 390-2100 or (954) 390-2150 after regular business hours, or during holiday or emergencies.
